Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information For Customers

The well-being and safety of our people and our customers is of paramount importance to us, and we are doing everything that we can to play our part in helping to mitigate the spread of Covid-19. We are of course following advice from the governments and public health authorities in the countries in which we operate across the world.

We have also launched an extensive range of our own operational procedures and precautions in order to help limit the spread of COVID-19 and keep our people and our customers safe.

Our amazing teams around the world are working tirelessly to make sure that our business continues to run as efficiently and resiliently as possible during these exceptionally challenging times. Our overriding objective is to look after our teams, and our teams’ overriding objective is to be here for our customers.

Can I still place an order online for delivery?

Yes. We are following the advice of Public Health England and can still deliver online goods.

Can I still receive delivery of online parcels?

Yes. Public Health England has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the Coronavirus (COVID-19). It is understood that these types of viruses don't survive long on objects such as letters or parcels. This complements the highly publicised guidance from Public Health England for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water.

Should I be concerned about touching an order I have recently received or collected?

Public Health England have said that there is no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages.

What if I am self-isolating or do not wish to come into contact with a delivery driver?

Our couriers our committed to keeping you safe by doing the following:

  • encouraging all customers to use the alternative delivery options available to them (such as leave in a safe place) so they do not have to receive parcels directly from the courier.

  • not handing over hand-held devices to customers to capture electronic signatures.


Are deliveries of parcels running on time?

Deliveries are currently on time but this may change. Our carriers will inform customers of the status of their delivery through online tracking on a case-by-case basis. You can access your online tracking through the link enclosed in your dispatch email.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped by our dispatches team you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. This email will contain your tracking information which can be tracked.

Will I be charged customs and import duties?

Please note that customers outside of the European Union will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

The price of the items ordered with AVICII SWISS do not include customs and import duties which will vary depending on the country in which the parcel is being delivered. You may be required to pay customs / import duties when you accept delivery of the items from your courier. Should you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the courier may return the items back to AVICII SWISS


In the event this may happen, AVICII SWISS may be required to pay additional charges to the courier in respect of the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you before the parcel was refused. In these events AVICII SWISS

will look to recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed to you.
